★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avni is a knowledgeable lawyer and we enjoyed having her services. However, the staffs at front desk require frequent follow ups for simple things. I was not super happy with the time they take to respond to the emails despite tons of follow up. Moreover, the frequent false promises lost my credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can do simple closing like paperwork. They won't stand for you if anything happens. Even they dont try or give any suggestion. I was almost going to loose my house and didn't get any help from them. I had to try my self and ended up paying $3000 penalties to builder for getting 3 days late closing.
Even this firm charged us fees for extension.
I would suggest to spend little more with someone professional who can fight for you if needed.
Even builders office called us so many times that lawyer is not responding at all in critical situation.
They just care about there fees only.
Not happy with them at all.

Working with banks in this housing economy can be a nightmare and after a stressful delay thanks to a very unprofessional banker, Avni was able to recommend someone via her professional network. Together they made the process smooth and a thousand times less stressful by actually responding to emails, calls and being prompt! Avni met with me via Zoom on several occasions to personally go over details of my purchase agreement and followed up with the builder regarding my concerns and their responses. Her team was able to process everything well in advance and on the day of closing I simply received my registration transfer documents without any stress or last minute requirements. Wish I'd done my previous deals with her team to save myself the usual closing stress! Thank you Avni and team for your diligence and professionalism! Highly recommended and will definitely be working with you on future real estate deals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Tajinder of S and S Lawyers to help me resolve a legal issue that was preventing me from selling my house and the division of funds post sale. Tajinder was extremely patient during the process. Explained my options to me in a clear manner and was always available to answer the many questions I had.
I was able to finally sell the house after coming to a settlement with the other party involved and the resolution was fair and equitable. I can't thank Tajinder enough for her legal expertise and her pragmatic advice throughout the process. Inspite of such a stressful situation, she was able to exude a sense of calmness and never promised me anything she could not deliver.
I'll definitely use her and her firm for any future legals matters and have already recommended her to friends (she was brought to me as a recommendation from one of my friends so this just goes to show how well thought of she is).
Thank you once again for all the work you did and at a cost that was fair for the hours involved
