They helped me choose the right carpets - the size, functionality and interior design to fit our house. I was not rushed. I was helped by people who knew interior design and carpets. Wonderful! Installation was professionallly done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trusting Pam and Jordan from Normandy carpets was one of the best decisions I have made in the remodeling of our office. I had no idea where to start, and clueless about what would make our space awesome. They were able to guide us on the design of our space, and propose products and solutions that I would never have thought of. Communication was simple, effective and easy. Installation was even easier. All of this at a price that did not break the bank. A true family business that treats YOU like family. I will definitely be back for more in the future! I highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reached out to Tapis Normandy as we were looking to finish part of our basement. We had a great response back from them and we quickly had Barry come in to do an estimate for the cost and effort. He did an amazing job take the time to explain the work required and the estimate, we had a great selection of carpets to choose from as well.
We decided to go forward with the installation and within 2 weeks from the visit for the estimate we had a date to install it. The installation went great as Lucien did an excellent job. He was very friendly and finished the work on that same day.
I would greatly recommend dealing with Tapis Normandy for all your carpet needs. They clearly have an excellent customer first approach in the dealings we had with them. They do very meticulous and detail oriented work when installing the carpet from our experience. We are very happy on their cost vs quality of their products and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed a major renovation in our home and had Normandy Carpets furnish and install all of the new flooring. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Jordan came to our home and helped us choose styles and colours for our media room/den, home office, basement and a bedroom. The installation was done on time and they cleaned up well when they were done. The prices were very competitive. I highly recommend them!
