★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys really stepped up today to help us out. Our older dog woke up barely able to move and we were unable to get him in to our regular vet. We called them and they didnt even hesitate to book us appointment so we didn't have to take him to the Emergency Hospital. The vet even called me afterwards to give an update, including a full head to toe assessment. The service today was outstanding. We will definitely be switching our services here permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so thankful to have been referred to them. We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with out two dogs and kitten. We live in London and don’t mind the drive as we can see how much they actually care for our pets. Our vet of many years in London never showed us the care that Dr. Stewart and Dr. Adam do. Staff is AMAZING and are always happy to accommodate. We hope to keep coming here forever! Thank you guys for taking care of my precious fur kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my beautiful little buddy into this clinic because Elvis was sneezing and stopped eating. They said it was a throat infection. Gave antibiotics shot and prescription. Elvis was getting worse and they had me pick up more antibiotics. My baby started bleeding , took him to a different vet. He had to be put to sleep. They should have done blood work in the first place. My poor sweet baby suffered and died for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought dogs in approx 2 weeks ago for nail trim. One dog came out limping. Still limping when he tries placing his foot down. 80.00 bill for 2 dogs. Not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and accommodating however got mixed recommendations from the vet each visit that contradicted the last. He a lot older and I question his current knowledge in the field as a result. Sometimes that can be an asset but if one doesn’t continue to learn with the times can be a detriment, which feels like the case here.
