★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are nice and the service is good but if you have an emergency and don’t have the money for a few days they don’t care about your pet they will let it die . I would know I 5 days to go before I got paid and they turned us away and told me to call back when I had the money. I know they have to make a living but times are tough for everyone and does it have to happen at the expense of a pets life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 2 dogs into this clinic and the staff wasn't professional at all, the vet was super scared of my 6 month old border collie puppy because he just wanted to jump around and play, which apparently he doesn't like. In my opinion if you don't like animals, don't work as a vet. Plain and simple. I gave them another chance with my cat, which turned out the same, desk staff was also very rude and inconsiderate. Will NEVER take any of my fur babies back here even if it was free. Worst vet clinic I have ever been to....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vet clinic. They don't try to upsell you on a bunch of tests or other things that really won't help . Staff are very friendly and helpful . I only wish meds were more affordable. I have never understood why many of the same medications are about half the price at a pharmacy when your Dr gives you a prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always awesome. Vets are super caring, and I never feel rushed.
I have 3 cats and 2 dogs and it can get a bit expensive with all services, between vaccinations, rabies, and my teeth cleaning for my pups.
They are my 4th vet (from moving, and just trying to find one I like!) And honestly, they are extremely reasonable with prices, and just the bedside manner is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, knowledgeable team of front desk / vet nurse / assistants. They Loved my 6m/o sheppard mix puppy. Going back in one week to do booster shot and nail trim. Dog is fidgety so we'll see how he does. Otherwise quiet and respectful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I researched the lowest cost for putting our dog Pedro down as we are low income sisters. They were mostly half the cost of all vets inside St.Thomas and London. They made everything as simple as can be during the procedure of putting him down. Giving me an explanation of what was going to happen and when. So we are very very happy with the service. I would obviously highly recommend this vet. Thank you team for the care that you put into the event. ????
