★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted to ride a bus yesterday. Sat in the handicapped area and was told for handicapped people only.
1. I am deat
2. Awaiting cataract surgery so vision is impaired
3. Am over 65 with a very comprimised immune system due to chemo
Do if this isn t handicspped am not sure who is. First last and inky experience with your transit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother using transit here, you can walk anywhere you need to in a half hour not to mention they are never on time an the drivers are often hostile. I was on the bus once an I reported it, the driver threatened a passenger that was handicapped in a wheelchair an obviously mentally impaired that he would break his arm if he touched him he just wanted to say hi because he knew him. I also found out later the same driver sexually assulted a salvation army worker on the bus and still has his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever and the busses are never on time, I was told to be at a bus stop by 9:52 and ended up waiting over 30 minutes and did not see a bus once. If I were you I'd just walk to your destination, you'll get there faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since they changed the bus routes and schedules, it's so hard to know when the bus will arrive. Not only that but you try calling and you're lucky if they answer. I used to get a bus pass every month but it's not worth it anymore. I live close to the mall and am better off walking for the most part. I gave 2 stars because the drivers are nice but this new transit system truly sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Good drivers. The bus's don't wait for other busses to get back with transfers even if the bus driver calls in and says they have transfers like were told to. Because of drivers not waiting we've had to cab home 2 times in a month which is a Waste of money that can be spent else where. Not everyone can wait an hour to get home/places.
