★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I had my oil change completed, I noticed some oil on my driveway. Did not know where it was coming from. I called up the shop, they were very polite and professional. They told me to bring the car in for inspection. They cleaned up the oil from my underbody, on top of that they replaced the gasket, gave me a new oil filter and full oil change. No questions asked, they provided everything I needed, I will definitely be going back to get my oil changes going forward. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Shout out to Antonio the manager, job well done sir ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed that in this shop I paid $40 for a Honda Accord air filter while it can be purchased anywhere for just $20. I didn't realized the difference right away, but later I went to complain to the manager about it. It was even more disappointing that when I asked the manager why the air filter was so expensive, he told me: "Yes, you can purchase it for $20, but our price includes the service. You sit in the comfort of your car, while we are doing the replacement for you!"
I have to remind you that anybody can replace the air filter in Honda Accord 2015 in less than 20 seconds!
Thanks a lot, but I'm not coming to your shop anymore and I will advise others of your practices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received such a warm welcome and everyone was really nice, plus the pricing here was what initially made me choose Take 5 over Mr. Lube (who wanted to charge me $140 for my tire change -- the same service that Take 5 charges $49 for!) Superior customer service AND a great price point! I will return to Take 5 for my next service appointment. Thank you!
