I have done many major repairs here including an engine replacement for my Dodge Ram, and inspections and repairs for my 28ft trailer. Larry is well experienced and always friendly, and all his staff are very professional and well mannered. Reasonable prices and reliable services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Larry’s auto for years. Just recently got my vehicle serviced and as usual a great experience. For my convenience, I usually drop it off the night before with no problem. They did the service I asked for, no trying to get me to do anything else, which is a breath of fresh air compared to places I’ve been to before I started going to Larry’s.
I once took my car to the dealership, they told me the brakes were wore out and leaking,, turns out there was nothing wrong with them at all.
Thanks Larry, Its good to have a reputable place I can trust!

Larry's Auto & Truck Repair on Mavis Ave was the 3rd shop I had taken my RV to, for an estimate on some needed repairs and updating.
I had a good idea of what was needed, after the first two reviews but Larry curbed my rookie mistakes of replacing unnecessary items hoping for more reliability. He went through the vehicle and only replaced worn out or damaged parts, which saved me thousands of dollars others were willing to perform. When I suggested to Larry that I would like a few extra preventative maintenance procedures performed, he told me he would look at the systems to ensure they were up to spec and did not do a complete tune up because the previous owner had done one. Saving me ( and reduced his in pocket money?) $500 plus dollars. Now that is honesty for you. Thanks Larry and team, I will definitely be back and recommend your services to my family and friends. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service every time, I trust these guys to work on my jeep wrangler JK.
Larry always explains whats happening along the way. They have the right tools and knowledge for the job.
I do alot of overland / offroad camping with my jeep which leads to frequent maintenance, at Larrys they always try to have my vehicle ready the same day I dropped it off.
I put 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices are little more than usual shops in the industry but hey i guess thats the prices if your paying for the best guys on the job.
If you have a 4x4 truck or any other vehicle ask for my buddy Pat to work on your rig, he knows his stuff and will treat your ride with honest respect and kindness.
Thanks Larry & Pat for dealing with me and my Bush-Beater JEEP !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it took me a while before I decided to write a review on Larry's because of what happened to me and my experience. I brought my Motorhome in to Larry's to get certified and checked out so my son and I would be safe in our first Motorhome. it took about 2 and a half weeks to get started and then finished with the cost that just kept rising. I had asked Larry and his front desk staff on numerous occasions during that time do I need to change the tires and every time I was told no, so Larry certified my motorhome and 2 days later and 250 km from Mississauga I feel a wobble and smell smoke I pull off to the side of the 401 and look under the Motorhome only to find my tire was on fire and had 3, 4 inch holes in it. I had to find a place that would change tires so the local KOA sent me to a reputable Tire place and the man inside said all 6 tires had cracks and needed to be replace and he said this should have been caught on inspection but I guess Larry's was more concerned with the dollar signs and racking up $90 for washer fluid hoses that cost $5 than actual real things like tires. Larry's almost cost my son and my life certifying my vehicle with tires that were not road worthy this place should be ashamed of what they do. Below I added a photo of the 1 tire I have of all 6 but this is self explanatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had agreat experience with Larry. Very friendly guy and doesn’t beat around the bush. I brought my truck in at the end of the day and by 10:30 the next morning he gave me a run down on what the issue was and how much it would cost. By about 3:30 that day it was completed and ready to pick up. He also had quotes ready fo anything else he saw that may he needed to be fixed but was not pushy about me doing them. He just did it as a courtesy, no obligations.
I was very impressed with the speed he was able to diagnose and fix and will definitely be back!
If you’re wondering what he did on my truck, he replaced the back brake rotors and pads, as well and fixing my seized parking break.
