Front desk employees were great, nice, and polite and inviting . Great way to spend our friday fam jam event. Thank you

I’m coming back for sure, great groom for kids and much needed as my son often doubts himself but he started to take charge in the room :) Great customer service and the young lady spent time explaining directly to my kids in ways they would understand, i really liked that

Captive kids has absolutely amazing stuff, and the puzzles are challenging enough for the whole family! I highly recommend this place to everyone who likes brain teasers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hosted my son's 10th birthday party there this past weekend and the kids can't stop talking about it! Our host, Leina, was very sweet. She was attentive and helpful. The party room was clean and equipped with a fridge/freezer to store our ice cream cake. Although, we used our own decorations, there were already neutral banners up and place settings on the table. The escape room experience itself was well done and kept 6 rambunctious boys, aged 9/10, entertained. We came in from Oakville and the drive was not bad. We highly recommend this location if you're looking for a place to host a fun and memorable birthday party for children...Thank you, Natalie and Julia for a great birthday party comeback after two virtual birthdays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our child's 8th birthday party last weekend. The kids all had a really good time. The staff were excellent !! Very well organized and very nice and helpful. It was an experience to remember. Also, easy to plan as there was very little planning we had to do !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will call out the staff (Allegra, Ashley, Jessica and Natalie) for making our sons Birthday Party so incredible. The whole experience was outstanding. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Pieces of Eight was a super fun escape room. The party room was very clean and they had everything we needed for our party. I honestly can't say enough good things. Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back one day.
