★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing experience! Josh and Tanner were so amazing and really brought the mystery to life! They were so helpful and really mad us feel like pros! My wife, daughter, father and I completed Dracula’s Library and all we had to say was wow. We knew there was going to be an additional room but we did not expect the complexity of the rooms! The clues, the ambience, the props, everything was phenomenal! Great experience at Captive and we will be back very soon to do another room!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my family here and we had so much fun. The escape rooms are actually really cool and we're totally coming back for more. When we got there, Jasmine and Amara were super sweet and welcoming. They gave very clear instructions, were enthusiastic, attentive and gave our group a great recommendation for our second game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend and I had a splendid time trying to solve the 13 doors escape room. Great staff, very friendly and attentive. I definitely plan on returning and solving their other rooms. A very homely environment. I do recommend a visit, it'll be worth your time AND money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escape room was very well organized. Staff was amazing. The escape itself felt quick. The story behind it all didn't really add up to exactly what we were solving. Overall I would still try another escape to give them a chance. Maybe soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the 13 rooms room. The puzzles were fun and overall the experience was good. The only complaint I have is that they should get better locks. A few times, even when we input the correct code, the lock wouldn't open because it was so used up. This actually wasted a lot of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insane experience! The staff here is amazing and super friendly! The whole process was so much fun! Immediately when we walked in we were greeted and made to feel at home in there seating area. The escape room it self was so much fun and such an awesome experience! We ran out of time but the staff still let us continue! Will 1000000% come again and if I could rate this place a higher rating I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as Good and Interesting as some of other Escape rooms I have been. Needs to be more creative and theme focused. Did Dracula's Library and it just seemed like simple room with furniture books and clues. It would be nice if there were pictures and things associated with Dracula Myth and more theme inspired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place tucked amidst what looks like an industrial area. The staff here are super friendly and entertaining. Not as many rooms, but the rooms are fun and interesting. Could use an upgrade and a refresh to the rooms. Overall a great group experience, for friends, families or even complete strangers.
