Spoke to Jakub on the phone and through email, these guys are definitely experts in BMW engines, give detailed response, they know the problems and can provide a better response than BMW dealers. I would much rather deal with White Eagle than any other dealer for complex tasks

Sadly, took my vehicle in to check on brakes ware, and they found a faulty sensor, which they replaced and then they stated that I had oil leaks and would be suggested to get Oil Pan gasket and Valve Cover gaskets replaced. In doing so they replaced these parts, and once I got my vehicle back, my steering was off and squealing of belts. Serpentine belt full of oil from their shady work. They wouldn't replace at their cost, and cleaning several times didn't solve issue either. Their fault and I had to pay. Not just the belt, but the tensioner as well, not necessary, but they did it without asking. Then steering issue which I kept asking about, they said it will loosen up in time. I have had this vehicle for many years with ZERO issues with steering. Then conveniently after taking it in a couple times complaining about the steering, they tell me that the hydraulic housing on the steering column is cracked and leaking... how convenient again for them that this happened after they touched it upon replacing the oil pan gasket too. They again take no responsibility. Through this time I also complained about a vibrating sound... which sadly again after this shop just so happened to touch the valve covers and oil pan, that my engine had a light knock, but with all their expertise they tell me that they fixed the vibration after I told them specifically the RPM and gears that this sound was happening, and also on acceleration only. Now my vehicle is undrivable, and this shop takes no responsibility. I can get it fixed I suppose but the engine fix is probably over $10K and the steering replacement cost is another $2K. I am out of a car now, and scrambling to source a reliable vehicle and wish I had the $3K I spent at this shop that I will never get back. Hope no one else ever has this kind of experience with this shop.

Jakub is the go to person on European cars, he uses quality stuff for maintenance and repair and doesn't rush through the process. You can wait in the lobby or come back later to pickup your car. He's willing to answer any type of questions and will ensure the job is done.

Jakub and the team here at White Eagle Motors sure know how to run a successful business! Both Jason and Jakub were able to provide me with in depth answers to any technical questions and Jakub made sure to keep me promptly informed throughout the process of the repair regarding any delays due to parts, etc. To top it all off their pricing was very very reasonable compared to other independents/dealers that I checked. I've brought my BMWs and now my VW to them, and I would highly recommend them for your European cars and beyond!

I have been getting my X3 fixed here and I must appreciate the team is experienced and prices are competitive. I would recommend getting the appointments atleast a week in advance as they are really busy, which reflects how good they are at their work. I would highly recommend White Eagle team for European cars.

Hands down the best shop to get your car serviced. I have been bringing all my cars here and the guys ensure the whole process is smooth and quick. The customer service is always 10/10, pricing is very very competitive and the work is always done professionally. The guys are super honest, never pushy and very professional. I’ve dealt with many shops in the past and I can say for sure that White Eagle Motors is in a different league. Overall great experience and service, would 10/10 recommend.

We have Mercedes and BMW vehicles and have used only dealerships in the past. Over the years I can say that I’ve gotten quite tired of the dealership service experience. I’ve wanted to find a good repair shop that could service my vehicles. Recently, I needed a brake job on my BMW M550i and thought that I’d take the plunge to find a shop that specializes in BMW. After research, obtaining quotes and talking to shop owners, I decided on White Eagle Motors. Jacob was great to talk to and we booked a time. He did a road test and determined that indeed it was the rear rotors and pads. The work was completed using OEM parts and in line with the quoted price. I’m very happy with the brake job and the entire experience. We will definitely use these guys again.
