Take 5 Oil Change

BEST SERVICE EVER! I have had a ton of oil changes and never ever have I received this kind of service. It was quick, people were SO nice, didn’t try to take advantage of me and up sell and the price was right. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Went above and beyond. I will be a forever customer. Thank you!

I usually go to Jiffy Lube on Mainway but they were closed, at first I thought the guy was nice, but soon realized that he wouldn't shut up! Just shut up and change my oil, stop pestering me asking me questions every 30 seconds. I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Also the guy asking if he can climb in my front seat to check a filter accessible only by the glove box. We're in the middle of a pandemic, stay out of my car. I should have just waited a day and went to Jiffy Lube, what a horrible experience.

Definitely the quickest and most persistent Take 5 that i have been too, their oil changes are quick and fast and i am able to be in and out in no time, as well with their coolant service. I definitely recommend this take 5 on Guelph line, best one in Burlington by far.

Watch out for the up sale scam. My daughter took her car in for oil change. Told her her coolant was low. She didn’t bite.. smart girl! Checked it when she got home. Levels were perfect.

I use Take 5 because I have been impressed with their professionalism throughout the pandemic. I cannot believe how disrespectful and inexperienced they were to change my oil. They looked closed when I pulled up because all the doors were closed and they were on their phones. I could tell they didn’t want to work the moment I showed up. They needed the hood popped to check the side of my filter prior to even pulling into the garage (have never had this happen before), 3/3 people not wearing masks, Daniel wanted me to roll down my window to take my keys and get information from me and I told him my other window was cracked that he can come and talk to me here and these are not standard Covid precautions. Even after asking masks to be put on Daniel continued to not wear a mask, including his co-workers. I told them I was 9 months pregnant and was being very cautious about Covid. Daniel said ‘coo coo’ while I was sitting in the truck. Absolutely disgraceful! The inexperience was absolutely evident as they never did the light checks that normally happen and the oil change itself took 3 times longer than normal and I was the only vehicle there. They missed pouring the oil into my truck and when I turned on the truck it had a smell I had never smelt before. I had to ask for the mileage sticker for the next change, they never provided it at all. People apparently forgot how to provide professional customer service while being in a pandemic! I thought people needed jobs after CERB ended… ***Update**** There is another Take 5 in the local area that received a 1-star review and the company actually tried to reach out to the person and remedy the situation. Considering there are NO responses to ANY of the 1-star reviews it is evident this organization is poorly run and I say let them go out of business!
