At first Northern Performance didn't had my part in inventory. As soon has I ordered, I was took in charge by Brett. He did an amazing follow up job and I received all my parts the next week as promised.

Home of WeatherTech Canada. Best christmas gifts in the business! I always take my Mini here for additional performance parta. Also home of Eibach Canada. Got some konis, a pro-kit, sway bars, afe intake, magnaflow, installed. Great work at dair prices. The manager there is a beauty.

I'm going to try to keep this completely factual and objective. This was my first time dealing with Northern Performance in Burlington. I had arranged a week ago to have a tow hitch installed on a BMW X5, appointment time 11am today. I was told the install time would be a little over an hour and their hourly rate for the labour was $100/hour. In reality I wasn't out of there until 2:30pm, so you can do the math. They tried charging me about twice as much as I was expecting due to how long they took. I asked why it took so long, why it was different than what I was quoted, and why it was so much more than another shop I had got a set price written quote from, which I showed them. The good news is Northern Performance lowered my bill from what they first gave me, although it was still more than the other quote I showed them. The bad news is when I left after the appointment my rear bumper sensors did not work (which they warned me about at the beginning of the appointment, but not ahead of me getting there). I knew I was going to have to have my BMW mechanic reset the computer fault codes for the sensors. So when I went to my mechanic after the Northern Performance appointment I found out that my left taillight hadn't been installed correctly, and that my left most bumper reverse sensor had been pushed in and wasn't working correctly. My mechanic had to fix those items in addition to the computer reset that I was anticipating. I also can't prove this, but there is now a lot more fine surface scratches/scuffs on my rear bumper since the hitch install was done. The fact that they had my vehicle for 3.5 hours for a job that everywhere on the internet says should have been a 70 minute job indicates that they probably didn't really know what they were doing. The long overage in appointment time in addition to price misquote, bumper scuffs, sensor issues and incorrect taillight reattachment leaves me feeling I picked the wrong shop for this job.

Dao and his team that installs all the goodies on my mustang have a high level of knowledge and it shows on my car and its performance. They are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend anyone for their work and also service.

Extremely unimpressed with the customer service I received. My father attempted to purchase a weather tech gift card for me and the store had no available gift cards so instead gave him a store credit without explaining that it could not be used online. I live 2 hours away from this store and do not intended to waste my whole day traveling to use this in-store credit. When I called the store to ask if this is something that could be used online I was informed no. The woman that answered the phone was unpleasant, not helpful and not knowledgeable. When I explained what happened she also informed me that a regular gift card could not be used to purchase products online. I said I think that is incorrect because I received a gift card last year as well and had no issues purchasing my products online. I asked if there was someone else who could help me and of course on a weekend there is no manager. I had already left one message earlier this week in an attempt to speak with someone and it was not returned. After I became frustrated with my now useless store credit the woman hung up on me without even saying bye or apologizing for the situation. Extreme disappointed.
