Honest, good mechanics can be hard to find. Feel like I found my go-to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill & his son are very honest and provide a great service. My Nissan Maxima's air condition was not working. While other auto shops quote me a ridiculous price, Bill asked me to buy the required part from outside and he only charged me for the labour. I ended up saving $$. Since that, I always go to Bill for all my car's maintenance. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill Pretsell has my business for LIFE (and when the kids get cars, they will HAVE to go to Bill too). It's the day before Good Friday and every other company I've spoken to has said that they couldn't take a look at my van, except for Bill! He said he would stay a little later just to take a look at it and try to patch it up for the weekend, but no guarantees! Sure enough, not only did Bill patch it up, but he fixed the entire problem for me and had my vehicle ready for me in only a few hours. I've never had such a caring and compassionate experience from a car mechanic. If you need ANYTHING for your vehicle, please go see Bill and the Staff at Pretsell's Auto. God Bless you Bill, you literally saved my weekend.
