I appreciated their use of technology to keep me informed at every stage of the service and provided pictures and detailed explanations of what was to be done and why. Steph, I found to have excellent customer service and very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. I will highly recommend Corporate Autoworks to anyone for automobile services and I will certainly be a repeat customer to this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop run by people who only suggest what actually needs to be repaired ! Front desk is helpful & courteous and the mechanics are friendly and will take the time to talk to you. They communicate electronically when I'm unavailable to answer the phone which is very convenient. They also scan my CAA card and i get points towards my membership ! Will always take my car there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've definitely found my go to mechanic! Stephanie and Calvin were a pleasure to deal with and the service was very professional. I appreciated the high level of transparency, which is something I haven't been able to find at other places. A detailed inspection report was provided to me digitally, complete with explanations and pictures of my vehicle for everything that was assessed. The level of detail in this report was enough to convince me that this is a truly honest mechanic. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the CAA 129 point test as I wanted to be sure my car is in good condition for the drive south. Initial impression very good, Stephanie very friendly, helpful and courteous. At the end of the test I was told the car was in good shape. When I read the emailed report I saw in comments 1) Brake Tubing - Replace 2) Engine Coolant - Low 3) Transmission Fluid - no dipstick. I raised these points yesterday when I took the car back to get the wheels torqued and was told the person who performed the test wasn't there. There didn't seem to be much interest in explaining what these 3 potential issues mean so I am left wondering what to do next. Frankly I'm disappointed, as I'm fairly new to the area I was hoping Corporate Autoworks would be my go to for servicing and repairs and looking after my car but now I am not so sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Corporate Autoworks. Gavin helped me out on a Friday afternoon before the long weekend when my car unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed there. They were able to squeeze my car in, order parts, and do the repair quicker than expected. I hugely appreciate how friendly and efficient they are.
