★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this Store. I was researching Futon Covers online over the winter and finally visited the store about a month ago. I had quite a thick futon mattress so required a custom cover which I ordered. However when I received it, the thickness was for a normal 8" cover. Disappointed and back at the store, I was immediately asked if I wanted a refund or the correct item. I requested a 'redo' and Ann actually delivered the correct futon cover to my door. Spectacular service. I thought I would have to wait another 2 weeks but the issue was resolved the same day. Cannot ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased from here instead of getting something shipped from Amazon because we were hoping for better quality & better customer service, not to mention supporting local, and we were not disappointed. Everyone we spoke with was super kind & helpful, our order was ready quickly and they fully loaded it into our vehicle, and when we had a slight issue with our order they were extremely quick to resolve it. The futon looks great and the mattress is really comfy. We did go with the tahoe pine frame which is not the best quality wood, but that’s to be expected in our price range - opt for better if you can afford it. Overall, worth the extra drive to Burlington (or the shipping cost if you get delivery)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the Burlington store today with my Senior Father and my infant Son and we were totally blown away by the awesomeness of Julio the sales guy. He was wonderful with my Dad, my son and myself. He was professional, knowledgeable and a total people person. Wow, were we ever impressed by him and the store. Thank you so so much for the help and advice. We left the store with a great futon and will be back anytime we are in need of one. Will definitely be recommending to anyone and everyone I know that are in the market for Futons. You guys rock! Thanks a million again. Liz, JJ and Pedro ;)

Futon shop followed up multiple times to provide updates and ensure the product arrived in proper order. Really good customer service. Futon is super comfortable and as described. Would buy from again.

He made sure that my futon package was exactly what I needed. The futon is very good quality and the matress is very comfortable. I was able to assemble with almost no difficulties. I would recommend the Futon Shop in Burlington to anyone looking for futon.
