Alfa Romo of Oakville: Prestigious, and highly respected dealership, with knowledgable, and friendly staffs! My experiences couldn't have been better without Mike Curcio's help with my first Alfa Romeo purchase! I am so happy to own a Giulia Quadrifoglio ! Mike is honest, supportive, and understanding to ensure his customers are well taken care of. He is willing to go above and beyond call of duty just to see smiles on customer's faces. Purchased my Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport off Jordan and let me tell you, what an experience. Jordan met with me over three times for multiple hours in order to make a deal that would allow me to purchase the vehicle. Here you don't feel pressured to buy, they make it a comfortable experience and are willing to go at your own pace. This is the best dealership and car buying experience I've had the pleasure of going through. Oh and by the way, who doesn't like espresso and a biscotto when trying to buy a car, true Italian experience!

I can’t rave enough about my experience with Mike and staff! If I could, I’d give 10 stars!! From start to finish, it was an incredible, easy, smooth experience. Mike treated us like family, was knowledgeable, warm & welcoming. I felt more like I was having Sunday dinner with family then purchasing a car! Mike even made my son (who’s 8) feel part of the experience by gifting him a die cast Alpha Romeo toy car! You just don’t see that genuine, heartwarming exchange at a dealership anymore. Mike delivered on EVERYTHING.We NEVER heard β€˜NO’! Accommodated us at every turn. This was HANDS DOWN THE BEST experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We are forever customers going forward! No need to even consider another dealership or salesman.

Just picked up my second Stelvio from this dealership. Love the vehicle, the look, features and the ride. Both times I dealt with Jordan Lazzari but also dealt with Paul, the dealership manager, Kimberly, the Business manager and Madison, the receptionist. All were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Jordan was patient and very knowledgeable about the Stelvio, the options available and spent extra time explaining the details and operating features of the Vehicle on pick up. TL DR; The staff is genuinely polite. Amazing follow up. Make you feel valuable and special. Ask of Alessia and Kim. Very knowledgeable and actually admit when they don't know something and follow up. These two are the bench standard of how a sales rep should conduct themselves. Long Review: Friend of mine was picking up his new C63 close by and we decided to meet at the Alfa dealer. Best decision I have ever made. At the dealer I saw the Quadrifoglio and immediately fell in love. This is when I met Alessia. She let me sit in it, mind you I was in my PJ because I live close by. She didn't judge. Told her I was interested and she gave me her cell phone number (very trusting). For two days we texted/emailed back and forth about the specs I was looking for. Eventually I came in on my own again. Instead of sitting in her office we sat in the car and chatted about cars in general. No sales BS. Just chatted like NORMAL HUMANS who share a passion in cars (Are you reading this Audi?). Eventually I asked her for a test ride. Apparently people don't get to test ride QV. I found this pretty funny but understandable. For the next 2 weeks I pulled her through many loops, nitpicking specs and texting her late at night because I changed my mind...over and over. She complied every time. Responded in minutes. Seriously amazed, never been treated like this at Audi Oakville/Mississauga with my S4/Q7. Eventually I decided to buy the floor model and had a lot of questions. Which I asked via text/email and sometimes in person. I visited almost every other day for 2 weeks, just to chat and look at the cars. What really shook me was when Alessia didn't know something she would tell me up front and tagged in her colleague Kim. Also an incredibly polite person and who is very well versed in cars. Finally after 2 weeks it was business time. I have no regrets. Alissia and Kim are sharp, genuine and wonderful people to talk to. 11/10 would buy again. What I didn't like: was offered coffee and water multiple times..but not tea..what do Italians have against tea? This really upset me..like seriously. On a serious note, I was asked about 2 different care packages a few too many times. It felt a little "sales-ey" to me. Warning: one of the receptionists drives a Honda. Don't make fun of Honda. She might bite. The staff of Maserati & Alfa Romeo Oakville dress sharp, don't judge, are genuinely polite and extremely well versed in cars. All of this and they even treat you like a human being and not a bag of money. Walked in wearing PJ, walked out with a 117k car. Customer Service is everything. In case its not clear Audi...we are done...im breaking up with you. Its over. Alfa Vita. Ill run a distraction if you meet me out back with that umbrella.

Just over a month in with a Stelvio TI Sport Lusso. As a previous Alfa owner, I expected much, and this Stelvio is more than I expected! Far worth the five months waiting for delivery. There must be many new Q3, Q5, Macane, BMW and Jaguar owners saying "WOW, I could have had a Stelvio"!!! The experience with the dealership was wonderful, with Mike and Kim so easy to deal with. No pressure, very responsive to questions and details. So great to be back driving Alfa Romeo. Now 15 months from delivery, and this car gets more fun to drive every time out! Very different from anything else I have owned, save for the 1976 Alfetta GT (which I loved). Practical, comfortable and with more features than I can use. Incredible response and handling. Having heads turn regularly is also a nice perk! No issues with reliability. The service team is attentive, informative and and very appreciative of my business. The is a great car from a great dealership. No question, AR is the best kept secret in the Canadian auto business.

The professional level of service that is expected from a luxury car provider. I have owned my Giulia for 40,000 Kms now, and it has been a fantastic ride. Mike Curcio was knowledgeable, respectful, fun, and patient. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. You get what you pay for. Some of us dont have time for hassles, and this dealership recognizes that. You are buying an Italian luxury car, it is supposed to be a great experience!

The staff at the Oakville location seem friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. The problem I have is that when you are having service on your vehicle, they give you a rental…. But it’s not a luxury rental. The put me in a Jeep… and I own a Stelvio. Big, big difference! I also had to wait almost an hour for the rental and was late to a meeting, and missed another one completely because of it. I am thankful for a rental, but I have owned luxury cars before (BMW), and they gave me a BMW as a loaner while I had service done, and when my vehicle was returned, it was washed inside and out. But.. Alfa Romeo doesn’t do that. They sometimes clean the outside (depending on whether their car cleaning guy is there or not), and they do not vacuum inside (or even attempt to even give it a quick wipe down on the dash). It’s these little things that make a big difference. When I buy an exceptional vehicle, I expect exceptional service, and unfortunately this falls a bit short of that. Love the vehicle otherwise, and always get tons and tons of compliments on it.
