I have been to other places closer and their customer service is nowhere near Tails A Waggin! He is one happy pup and I am one satisfied customer!
S	Stephanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our dog for a quick walk in nail trim here today, and they were super accommodating in squeezing her in even though it’s a weekend and they usually require a booking for the weekends even for walk ins. We were a little scared about bringing her at first since it’s a new place (we usually go to marda loop and she knows them there, and they always say she’s fine but we never believe them) since she’s usually human reactive but she was so surprisingly calm with them too that my boyfriend and I were so surprised and he even called them “the dog whisperers”. We just moved into the neighborhood and once we’re all settled we’re definitely gonna book a full groom for her here :) thanks for the awesome service!

They were also very knowledgeable and helped me decide best grooming options for my boy. They also accommodated me and my working schedule so I could bring him in, and very affordable. Thank you guys again for everything!

The shop is so much fun and you can tell these are people who truly care about animals. They didn't try to sell us services we didn't need and were well priced! We will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in the door to picking my boy up I was confident I made the right decision. I was greeted by Curtis the owner who reassured me Guinness was in good hands from making sure I knew he wouldn't be locked up and he'd be able to run around and be taken for potty break. Upon picking him up I couldn't leave until they made sure I was satisfied which I 110% was. He looks adorable. Will be returning for his next groom.

He fought them through the whole grooming process, but they were amazing and patient and took their time to make him feel comfortable by giving him breaks to calm down. They even called me for an update halfway through to let me know how he was doing and why it was taking longer than usual, and provided videos to show me how he responded to the grooming. Their prices were also extremely reasonable and they never tried to up-sell or pressure me into buying extra things. Jasper and I will definitely be back to (hopefully one day) overcome his grooming anxiety. Thank you for everything!
