★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to the one by my work but today I went to this location for supper. The girl there didn't take instruction at all. I ordered a large super beef when she put the cheese on I'm not kidding when I say she put like 10 shreds on it I asked for more and she put 2 more shreds when I asked for more she just ignored me. I said light on the lettuce but she puts on the biggest handful she could. Tomatoes my as well not even have been put on when I asked for more again she just ignored me. When I told her how the other Taco Times do it she ignores me.. She goes back to get my fries and I hear a spitting noise. If I wouldn't have paid prior to her filling my order I would have left but I took it and when I got outside I threw the fries away because she probably spit in them.. NEVER GO TO THIS LOACATION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited nearly 15 minutes to order and there were only 2 other customers. A skip the dishes driver and one other customer with a bigger order. The biggest issue was the fact they only had one worker trying to do everything. Halfway through our wait a second employee showed up to help out. Several other customers arrived but left when the service was so slow. I certainly would have left but my daughter had her heart set on tacos for lunch. Based on this one visit I would highly recommend avoiding this location at lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this TT is mediocrity e at best. The server barley spoke to us and acted like she had much better things to do than serve me. The other server was the one doing yhe work Amd the rude one hung out the back Amd barely helped the other girl.
Acknowledgment of new customers in the door is non existent. Saw customerswalkout. Wish there was another TT close by. Would avoid this location like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I go here and would give it five stars, but not tonight. I ordered online for pick up at 7:15. Arrived 7:20, and the lady at the till asked me if I had the correct location because she couldn’t find my order. After showing her the receipt, she magically found it and started preparing my order. Mexifries and crustos were fine, but the beef in my burrito was cold and unseasoned (to the point where I was hesitant to eat it. I did, but it wasn’t good). Couldn’t justify making the drive back to report it in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love taco Tuesday but do not eat at or take out from taco time on Nelson Rd worst food I have ever had. The grease alone is unbelievable and gross, never had a wrapper with the grease dripping nor can they put the right salsa in the bag. Never never again
