★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed? Went 5pm on a Wednesday. Drive thru had a cone blocking so went to go in and it was locked yet lights were on inside. No sign on door either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISCUSTING!!!!! *See my attached photos* Store needs a good updating. Outside walls are stained and look dirty. Inside is the same with stained dirty walls (see photos). There is a light that has been out since as far back as I can remember(see photos). The thermostat seems damaged (see photos). Fruit flies seem to have taken over the pop filling station.
Today's visit: my wife started to give her order and the lady at the till rudely took a call right in the middle of her order and then interrupted her several times during her order by talking to other staff behind the counter. I also noticed during our visit that we were the only people at the store at the time and there were two cars parked in the first two spots closest to the front door(see photos) This tells me that the staff is parking their vehicles in the closest spots to the doors and not saving them for paying customers. Just an overall badly run operation here with discusting conditions for a food venue. Will be forwarding my concerns to the franchise. To the owner of this location in particular I hope your reading this and care enough to do something to rectify these simple things in order to operate a successful business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live out of town and never get to go to taco bell even though it’s one of my favorite fast food chains, every-time I get the chance to go, i’m going, the staff are so nice and actually friendly and the food is always so good. Taco bell made my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portions are very small here compared to other TB locations and more often than not you end up with mostly tortilla/shell. I have experienced this location being closed during the operating hours posted (not even a sign on the door or drive thru advising customers of an early close). Staff seem pretty miserable which comes through in their work.
It’s a pretty bad experience here, even for a fast food joint. I hope the franchisee owner has plans in the works to improve this location, as I imagine they are only still in business because it’s the sole TB in the Kawarthas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It appears as though absolutely no care or concern was used during the preparation of my food. I am a restaurant manager, and a hospitality expert (not for just high end restaurants), and while I found the staff friendly enough, they argued amongst each other.
# 1 should concern should always ALWAYS be acknowledging each person that comes in the door. Eye contact is free and quick, and let's the customer know they are valued and important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my taco bell combo! They weren't as stingy as other locations with regards to the fries supreme and my tacos were full. The 4 piece KFC combo had some very tiny pieces, luckily i checked before leaving and they corrected it.
