T	Tess Thrones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two shamrock shakes got the order pretty fast but they tasted like toothpaste. Too much peppermint in my opinion. At other locations they have a slight peppermint taste just to say it's there.

Only a handful of people working (and struggling to keep up) and 7-8 employees sitting at the table in the dining room laughing and drinking smoothies. Even heard one girl state “they look like they’re behind… should I go help?” Also paid for two additional hash browns and never received them and didn’t include the egg on my husbands breakfast sandwich.

Only one person on the front cash inside, yet 20 employees in house. I get wanting people to use your mobile ordering, but if it is forfeiting good service and good employees then it is an ill omen for the future of Maccas.
G	Greg Keane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i order a meal a coffee. the coffee was giving off a smell of melted plastic, I asked for a switch and the next cup had a smell of perfume the third cup still had the melted plastic smell. We decided that the plastic smell may have been from the cover packaging....the perfume from some how had just use perfume. The staff were nice and switched out the coffees for me.

I have had multiple completely screwed up orders in a row and the staff have been absolutely less than helpful. Everything up to and including drinks have been completely wrong (How does a Coke become an Iced Tea??). This McDonald's should be shut down.

Breakfast is good but this morning I witnessed 2 customers asking the chubby blonde lady to buzz open the washroom and she told them to wait a second because she was serving some coffee. She then ignored them so they had to ask another lady to help. Why do customers have to ask 3 times to access the washroom??? It is a 1 button press to open the washrooms. Great customer service...sarcasm...

I thought wrong I got out to my car and it looked like my food had been thrown in the bag and run over. I was hungry so I didn’t take it back in to complain. By the time I got home my guts were rolling and not long later I was throwing up. the food was definitely not cooked enough. Maybe if they cared more about customer service and less about there numbers turned out people would have a better experience. I know that fast food gives people problems but I have never had an issue at any other location.

How do you forget the fries with a combo? Please explain? How am I missing meals I paid for? Please explain? And why doesn't anyone answer the phone at this location... unreal.
