M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first one start review. I usually don't give a bad review. BUT tonight I am writing the first review of my son's favorite place. Server served our table tonight was horrible and no service manner ever. She ruined our delicious food like garbage by bad customer service. I don't even know her name because she didn't even introduce herself. She barely talked to us. Not even a single word. Tossed the box for my leftover food and my husband asked her for a bill and I heard her talk lound and clear at cash register booth "I was going to do it". She probably didn't know how loud she was or she wanted us to hear. WORST WAITRESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HER. I am so sorry for the restaurant owner. You must be very nice owner to give someone a opportunity to work but she won't help your business success.

You can tell they really care about their guests and employees alike. It is like visiting my long lost family. Thanks for yet another great dining experience!

The service is fantastic and everyone there is very friendly! Food was for the most part good, however, the wait was quite significant. Overall great experience, will definitely visit again.

The server brought the wrong drink to the table but it was good (some sort of sangria). I ordered a water which never came. My salad had a hair in it which I informed the server, to which they replied “oh eww..” and walked away. I asked for new cutlery which never came. No one replaced my salad or apologized for the hair. Our server did not quality check once our main courses were delivered. The pasta was flavourful, though cold. No drink refills were offered. Plates were not cleared from the table. The server only came back to the table after we were done eating. She did not interact with our party. I would not return. You can get the same food at any chain restaurant.
N	Nigel Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go with kids and family. We enjoyed our food and drinks but thought the portions were a little on the smaller side and the prices a bit high. The service was great and the guy who served us was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us make selections. Overall we all enjoyed the evening and will definitely return some day. Parking not an issue as always in Peterborough. Oh one more thing - our sofa table space was really small and I was kind of crammed. But let not these things stop you from going and enjoying their food and service.

Our waiters name was Michael and he gave amazing service. Very happy with my experience here will definitely return ?

Very much like heat and serve soup, and dressing from bottles and jars. The pasta was tasty but over cooked. It’s also nice that you get table side Parmesan service. Very family friendly as well.
