He even carried my order out to the car. If I could give a higher rating I would. The pizza was awesome as always.

I went in Sunday night around 8pm after work and ordered a slice and a panzerotti.The employee stated if I didn’t mind waiting 10 minutes he would make me a fresh one which I greatly appreciated . I then went to my car and waited.The guy kindly walked my order right out to me outside the door..To me that is great customer service and I don’t know his name,but he is the reason we only go to this store.Thanks again!
p	phyllis milligan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave great review about this pizza place,but not anymore.Not the same people in there as I ordered 2 sets of 2 for 6 slices..She greeted me by, ya!!!!! I said hi there may I plz have two orders of 2 for 6 slices?Nope none left.. I said ok thx.She then says as I was halfway down the store,ya I could make you a fresh one I guess….Are you kidding me?Try offering that nicely in the beginning and with a smile and treat people the way you want to be treated…so disappointed! **UpdateAfter the manager reached out to me I agreed to give it another shot and have since ordered several times on delivery and all seems ok and improved so I will say that for them trying to keep customers happy,but I am keeping at 3* for now.

They agreed for a refund but in store credits. I called and they said you only can order on call I customized my order already on app and I can't do all over again on phone, I just want refund that's it. I'm done with pizza pizza.

The landlord of the home advised the driver to use the side door (which was instructed on the order as well). The driver never called us to let us know he was here and left with our food. Twenty minutes later the driver came back with cold pizza, couldn’t work the terminal and had his vape in his hand near our food the entire time. We opened up the box to realize we were incorrectly delivered onion rings instead of the chicken bites. Two calls to customer service, told to calm down by customer support, was asked which pizza was cold and told that they would replace the error of the onion rings only. Had to ask for escalation to a supervisor before they would even do anything about the cold soggy pizza we paid $60 for. Currently awaiting a new delivery of our same order, but no offer of any money back for the errors. Oh and we had to give a 10% tip as there was no option to NOT tip. Poor customer service.
