★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. I just ordered 3 burger combo and was waiting on the window for the payment. I also tried to order onion rings but as usual they said it’s unavailable. But I saw the employees eating onion rings inside. I was talking to my friends about this but then the person who was at the front by name RAMANDEEP just said to me that “we can not serve you the food. You can stay at the window if you want too and slammed the window at us. I asked her the reason but she said she can not..!! This is not a way to treat any customer. I have visited many other A&W but has never been treated this way. This is really disgusting the way the person treated and it was a very bad experience for me. According to me, this person is unfit to work in this place. I SUGGEST PEOPLE NOT TO GO HERE WHEN THIS PERSON IS AROUND..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude night staff!! Specially Vikas K and Raman or Ramandeep. They come around other restaurants on their days off as couriers for skip the dishes and door dash and pressure staff to make their orders first when informed that their orders are not going to be made as there are other orders ahead of them. Also, I used to visit this location for their momma burgers and sweet potato fries but in the last one year it has gone downhill. Charred burgers and buns and zero sense of customer service. The other 1 star reviews speak for themselves or all the reviews in the last few months. Tried reaching to managers in store but did not feel comfortable as they are from the same boat and will protect their own. There is a reason why McDonald's across the street has a line up and this one has one car in the drive thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience to say the least. Food is expensive/overrated. Wait times are brutal. The staff are rude, slow, and belligerent. I really did want to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but that blew up in my face after last night. The girl at the drive thru window was so ill mannered I nearly lost it. Does not surprise me to see so many negative, one star comments here. I'm finished with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s safe to say I’m a regular customer at AnW on landsdown, although the wait time is a bit much, I alway know I’m getting a great meal, NOT TONIGHT!
Anybody want to play hockey cause I have the puck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time this has happened to us. We ordered breakfast and the first time we were missing parts of our order and this time I ordered 2 white toasts and received brown toast which I don't like. I don't think this is Skip the Dishes fault its
the restaurants as they are the ones making and packing the meals not the delivery company.
Also the food was cold which was the delivery companies fault

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are using a discount offer at this location, prepare to be belittled by the drive-through attendant. Talk about missing the point of discount offers/coupons. The staff at this location needs to learn to respect their customers - even better, learn how to meet the low bar of being an acceptable drive-through attendant. By in large, teenagers at the drive-through are great and very personable. I can't say the same for those past their teenage years at the drive-through working with a chip on their shoulders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Had traditional breakfast of fried eggs, bacon and toast. Hashbrowns were to also be on our order, but despite it only being 10 o'clock, there were none available therefore we were given fries which was a bit disappointing...other than that, we quite enjoyed our breakfast...will definitely return!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I always love A&Ws , but not this one , After visiting a MacDonald's across the street, which was closed, I saw this store and was so happy , I like their breakfast and their coffee. I walked in and waited behind 2 other men, Soon it became apparent , they hadn't even been asked for their orders, The first gentlemen left and shortly after so did the other customer , Didn't take me me much longer to leave either.
It's not that hard for the server to say ( sorry guys I will be there Soon) . In defense ,Yes their drive thru was so busy and I only saw 2 staff in the building , and I do realize it's hard to staff restaurants these days,
I will give them another chance when I am in town.
All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants
