★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time having my nails done in a long time so my expectations may be off but firstly I was disappointed that my cuticles weren't cleaned up as they definitely needed it. I had acrylics done on Saturday, by Monday the corners/edges were already lifting on all of my nails. I haven't done anything to cause this, I haven't even been doing dishes myself in order to keep them nice and shiney. Definitely disappointed in the quality or lack of time they stayed new or seated at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my friend for full set of gel nails. Everything was fine I asked the lady I think her name was BB if she can also do my cuticles and she said yes.
She was going really fast and Im sure some steps were missed. She drilled around my cuticles and used the nails clippers in a very fast way and even made my cuticle bleed. My cuticles were sore afterwards.
When filing for the shape of my nails she would take calls and not actually look at my nail which made the shapes uneven. The length of my nails were uneven as well.
When applying the powder she applied it
on my skin which did cause a bit of irritation.
She worked on nails for a max of 20 minutes which I felt was very rushed and don’t care whatsoever. My friends nail set took an hour long but her nail technician took her time and made sure all nails matched.
Overall my friends nails were really
good however I am disappointed and don’t think I will be coming back. I think the girl who did my nails should take her time more and care about the service she gives because it was not worth paying $65 for a poor job done.
I unfortunately did not say anything in person because I’m the type of person that did not want to cause a scene and to just accept it.
