We are here to fulfill your beauty needs and not only be a place that you come for your services, but a place where you get away from the stress of everyday life and relax. Once you come to Bloom you will always want to come back. 

Our CEO and founder Danielle Hobin has always had a passion for beauty. She has always dreamed of having her own salon where women could come and connect with other women. A place where they could build their confidence through beauty services. She dreamed of a place that not only offered all of the Esthetics services but so much more and now her dream has come true with Bloom Esthetics.

Let her tell you a little bit more about her story:

"

Ever since I was a young girl I had a dream to help girls feel beautiful. Growing up with 3 sisters gave me lots of time to practice on them, doing their nails, makeup, hair, and facials while we sipped cranberry juice out of wine glasses.

After high school, I became a mother to two beautiful little boys. Still feeling that strong pull to the beauty industry I went to Hair school, being a hairstylist for 6 years. Even though I wanted to be in the beauty industry, I had a passion to teach. So I left my secure hairstyling career and all my clients to go pursue a career in hair education at a local school in Winnipeg.

Unfortunately, due to health reasons I was no longer able to teach and was now stuck as a hairstylist with no clientele. It seemed like no matter what I did every door closed on my face. For the next few months, I struggled to apply for jobs but having no luck. As a single mom, I did what I had to and applied for social assistance, and going to the food bank to support my family felt like a huge low in my life.

Still looking for work in the hair industry I was stuck in a jobless rut for many more months. When I saw an opportunity to become a lash artist. I quickly applied, called for an interview and was hired on the spot! I was over the moon! 

That same month I became a lash tech I met my amazing partner who was so supportive and urged me to run my own small business from home. Once taking the leap to go on my own, my home based business grew so quickly and I met the most amazing women!

My partner and I then had the most beautiful little girl. Taking a few months off from lashing gave me a lot time to focus on my thoughts and dreams. I decided to open a storefront business. I had a vision to open a beauty bar that offered women every Esthetics service in 1 location with the most talented Estheticians in the business. I wanted to create a space that women can come to build their self-confidence, to wake up every morning and look in a mirror and see how beautiful they are. I am so excited to meet all the new amazing women that will come into Bloom. My dreams are just beginning."
