★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le travail a été bien fait cependant, on nous a appelé suite à la transaction pour nous aviser que le tout prendrait 6 semaines (et non 2-3) étant donné que le cuir devait être acheminé d'Europe. Après 8 semaines, nous avons appelé et la dame nous a dit qu'elle nous rappellerait avec plus de détails. Aucun appel. Un 2e appel de notre part, toujours pas de rappel. Puis un 3e de notre part au bout de 10 semaines pour nous aviser que les chaises étaient prêtes. Lorsque nous sommes allés chercher les chaises, le délai n'était pas de leur faute... aucune forme d'excuse pour ce retard et aucun rabais, ne serais-ce que 5-10% offert.
The work was well done however, we were called following the transaction to advise us that it would take 6 weeks (not 2-3) since the leather had to be shipped from Europe. After 8 weeks, we called and the lady told us that she would call us in more detail. No calls. A second call from us, still no call back. Then a 3rd from us after 10 weeks to notify us that the chairs were ready. When we went to get the chairs, the delay was not their fault ... no form of excuse for this delay and no discounts, even just 5-10% offered.
