Très peu d'écoute, ne semble pas se soucier des émotions de ces patients et très directive et catégorique sur sa démarche. J'ai plus l'air d'être un numéro qu'un patient qu'elle veut aider. Air très condescendant avec ses patientes, et très susceptible.

Écoute active et beaucoup de recommandations aussi à l'externe pour continuer le travail fait à chaque rencontre avec elle, entre la rencontre qui vient de se passer et la prochaine. Beaucoup de feedback sur le travail fait avec elle. J'ai beaucoup avancé avec elle, et je la recommande !
Excellent service from Mrs. Bourbonnais.
