While I’m happy with my doctor, Dr. Solomon, a few of the other support staff in the clinic have been so utterly and unnecessarily rude and unhelpful, it’s enough to drive me away. There’s no call for treating people rudely. I understand that there are probably a lot of stresses involved in working in a clinic, but if you chose the health care profession, you should have enough self control to deal with it professionally. And I frequently wait a half hour or more to be seen. If there was some changes in support staff and the way the clinic was run, I’d be happy to stick with Dr. Solomon.

The front receptionist honestly scares me, but the rest of the ladies that work there are so kind and accommodating. One thing that I wish could be better is the wait times. When I went in for my IUD check I thought they forgot about me because it took so long for someone to come in and see me. Overall I like this place and will definitely keep coming in the future.

You can't even get past the receptionists to know if the doctors in the clinic are good. As someone who has been on hormone replacement therapy for over 10 years, my medication is very important to my well being. When I phoned to make an appointment and explained that I would prefer an over the phone visit, due to Covid, the receptionist said that "they don't do that". I questioned this a few times, as I am high risk. She said she would see if the doctor would meet with me and get back to me. I phoned three days later and was told the same thing, so I continued to wait. In the meantime, my meds ran out and my body started going through withdrawal. I phoned yet again and was told by another receptionist that the first receptionist (she referred to her as "the asian one") told Dr. Ruth that I was abusive and was not allowed to be seen. Yet, nobody told me that I was not going to be seen and Dr. Ruth never verified the information that was given by the receptionist. What the receptionist told Dr. Ruth is 100% false (I was told by her supervisor that she had a bad day and she isn't normally like this). Playing with people's health is 100% wrong and this receptionist (who I can see has been reviewed poorly on many of these Google reviews) should be questioned by her boss. Shame on Dr. Ruth and her clinic.

The customer "disservice"was blatant. My wife was belittled because of her English by the referral coordinator, Katia. If the following isn't discrimination, please tell me what it is.She was inquired " When did you come to Canada?...Because your English is horrible, horrible". Later, Katia called me to follow-up for an appointment and I asked her if she told my wife her English was horrible. She acknowledged she did say that and said "what else was I supposed to do?" I am all for freedom of conscience and thereby of speech, you can think and say what you think. Now, I will definitely be politely vocal about it if I disagree, just like in this case. Trust me, discriminating customers and any individual at large it's not ethically good nor for business either. I am no longer your customer now. Luckily, I have evidences to support my allegations so it is not my word against hers.Yet, I have decided to not go any further in my complain since the manager called us to apologize for Katia admit it to him her wrongdoings. We appreciate the manager for calling us. This is the reason for which I rate the service 2 stars instead of 1. I don't add more stars as the manager tried to explain that her sayings were not discriminatory but rather came from her uncontrolled frustration. I do disagree. To me, it was an act of discrimination. Perhaps, she was frustrated but she surely discriminated my wife. It might have been frustration at first and, if this was the case, some anger management classes would be highly recommended. We can't justify discrimination because of one's frustration. One must make sure that the ramifications of their frustration does not lead or translate into discrimination if one does not want to repeat such an avoidable issue and compromise their professional competence, at the very least. in the customer service department.

I have been a patient at this clinic for close to 10 years. I have had several doctors come and go over the years but I was always able to get in with someone else. Now they are telling me that I am no longer a patient and can no longer go to this clinic because the last doctor (that I saw once) left to work at a different clinic that I cannot go to because of my ethnicity. This clinic put me on medication and now they won't refill my prescription. Left me high and dry.

Wonderful experience here. Dr. McKoen was absolutely incredible, she is the kind of doctor I always wish to get. Great energy, listened, answered my questions and made me feel SO at ease. All the staff were friendly and helpful but Dr. McKoen is definitely a blessing to be practicing in this field.

This clinic is very unorganized. I got a call November 26th with my date and time of appointment - verified 3 times the time and date, and when I showed up, they told me that I had the time wrong and there was nothing they could do before then. I waited to see if someone would no show for a little bit and the next 2 patients that went to check in also had their appointments wrong. Both were with the wrong Doctor, the first was for her 1 year old child and they booked with a Doctor that is not the family Doctor, the second was the same she just chose to accept it and see another Doctor. The receptionist laughed it off saying it was a 'program error' and for me she just starred at me with an annoyed face like she didn't even care that it was their mistake and told me to go shopping while I waited. I had to take half a day off of work and wait around for 2 hours, after confirming with my own Doctors office that the referral was for 1245 not 245 they still did nothing to get me in. After providing the proof the same receptionist said nothing but the other one did try to help and paid for my parking. The appointments here can be stressful on their own, but to then further stress the situation and appear annoyed does not help anyone, for this reason and the many other bad reviews I read after my time here I will not be returning, though I should say the Doctor I saw was Dr Franchuk - she was very pleasant, helpful, understanding and thorough, however I will not be returning. Do better for your patients.
