★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamais eu de problème lorsque nous avions besoin de faire entretenir notre vieille air climatisé. Maintenant que nous avons besoin d'une murale, leur service à la clientèle est fâchant et d'aucune considération. Annulation dernière minute par message texte (sur un téléphone de boutique) donc jamais reçu. L'annulation était simplement parce qu'ils nous avaient donné la mauvaise date. J'ai dû ranger et replacer mon inventaire pour rien un vendredi matin. Bref, complètement non professionnel.
Never had a problem when we needed to have our old air conditioner serviced. Now that we need a mural, their customer service is angry and of no consideration. Last minute cancellation by text message (on a shop phone) so never received. The cancellation was just because they gave us the wrong date. I had to put away my inventory for nothing on a Friday morning. In short, completely unprofessional.
