Un manque énorme de professionnalisme et d'éthique!
Nous nous sommes tournés vers Co-Ref puisque notre air climatisé mural coulait le long du mur.
Le premier passage du technicien semblait fructif. Nous pensions que la problématique était réglé. Malheureusement, non.
D'où nous avons demandé à ce que le technicien revienne pour honorer sa garantie.
Il est revenu le lendemain pour continuer davantage, pour encore ne pas régler la problématique.
Ce même a exiger un paiement à nouveau pour son déplacement et menus travaux qu'il aurait fait sur l'air climatisé défectueux.
C'est lors d'un troisième passage (3) que la situation a finalement été corrigé.
Vous pouvez sans doutes vous imaginez que la compagnie, loin d'être ce que nous croyions qu'elle était, s'est donner plaisir à nous téléphoner à MULTIPLES reprises (pour ne pas dire du harcèlement), afin que nous réglons une 3e facture.
Ayant su, nous aurions acheté un air climatisé mural neuf et engager un spécialiste pour en faire l'installation.
Nous nous en aurions probablement sorti pour le même prix.
J'atteste que notre famille n'utilisera jamais les services de Co-Ref dans le futur.
En guise de conclusion, méfiez-vous!
Vole, harcèlement et manque de professionnalisme. C'est malheureusement ce qui me viens à l'esprit en pensant à Co-Ref.
Although I thought I was doing well in dealing with a professional, I could not have been more wrong.
A huge lack of professionalism and ethics!
We turned to Co-Ref since our wall air conditioning was flowing along the wall.
The technician's first pass seemed fruitful. We thought the problem was resolved. Unfortunately no.
Hence we requested that the technician come back to honor his warranty.
He came back the next day to continue further, so as not to resolve the problem.
The same has demanded payment again for his travel and odd jobs he would have done on the faulty air conditioning.
It was during a third pass (3) that the situation was finally corrected.
You can undoubtedly imagine that the company, far from being what we thought it was, took pleasure in phoning us MANY times (not to say harassment), so that we pay a third bill. .
Having known, we would have bought a new wall mounted air conditioning unit and hire a specialist to install it.
We probably would have gotten away with it for the same price.
I certify that our family will never use Co-Ref's services in the future.
In conclusion, beware!
Stealing, harassment and unprofessionalism. Unfortunately, this is what comes to mind when I think of Co-Ref.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour travaux résidentiel, ils chargent plus que 2x plus cher que la compétition (je n'exagère pas), non négotiable avant les travaux, puis une fois les travaux effectués seulement le 3/4 des travaux promis ont été fait et pas négociable après les travaux non plus. Je n'avais pas le choix d'accepter par contrainte de temps (les compétiteurs avaient des mois d'attente) mais si vous n'êtes pas pressés allez voir ailleurs pour travaux résidentiels.
For residential work, they charge more than 2x more expensive than the competition (I am not exaggerating), not negotiable before the work, then once the work has been done only 3/4 of the promised work has been done and not negotiable after the works either. I had no choice but to accept due to time constraints (the competitors had months of waiting) but if you are not in a hurry, look elsewhere for residential work.
