Le technicien est arrivĂ© Ă lâheure prĂ©vue, il a fait les tests requis et nâa pas tardĂ© Ă confirmer le problĂšme. Tous les employĂ©s sont bien courtois, nous recommandons.
 We got an appointment quickly for our heat pump. The defrost didn't seem to be working well last winter. The technician arrived on time, performed the required tests, and was quick to confirm the problem. All employees are very courteous, we recommend.
