Charge pour des « réparations » au installations existantes qui ne sont pas nécessaire et ne prends aucune responsabilité pour les dommages causé par leur technicien. En plus insiste pour être payer en cash sur place avant de quitter les lieux! Cela fait au delà de 4 mois que je cours après pour réparer les dommages causer par l’incompétence de leur technicien et malgré multiple rendez-vous, dont plusieurs ou le technicien ne se pointe tout simplement pas ou encore pire sans les outils ou pièces nécessaires à accomplir la tache, le problème persiste. Service à la clientèle (Laurie et/où Charlyne) qui ne retourne pas les appels ou emails ponctuellement ou quand cela fait pas leurs affaire menace de « oublier » notre dossier entre les cracks pour des semaines additionnelles. Compagnie à éviter à tous prit malgré 10 ans de bon service au paravent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temoin flash sur thermopompe, fait venir le technicien pour me dire "unité extérieur gelé et condenseur a fendu a cause de la glace doit remplacer unité entière". Apres une journée de redoux que la glace est partie tout fonctionne normalement. Le condenseur c'est resouder!!! Son estimé de machine coutait plus de 3000$ content d'avoir patienté avant d'avoir prit ma décision.....a croire qu'il avait une commission pour vendre un autre machine... plutot décu du diagnostique bacler.

After a warm day that the ice is gone, everything is working normally. The condenser is solved!!! His estimated machine cost more than $3000, happy to have waited before having made my decision ..... to believe that he had a commission to sell another machine ... rather disappointed with the diagnosis.
