I have been at this doctor literally my entire life. Dr. Niemand delivered me and now he is my sons doctor. I would never be able to go anywhere else. Dr. MC dealt with my pregnancy and he is amazingly kind. Every single doctor here cares for their patients and the front end staff is awesome as well.

Front desk staff are so sweet, Monica is a pleasure to speak with. The doctors are thorough and kind, I always feel as though I'm being well taken care of. I'm also always admitted on time. I so appreciate everyone who works at this clinic.

I’ve always had good experiences with the doctors at urgent care, but all the nurses you can tell they’d rather be anywhere but at work helping ppl like what they went to school for, I understand with this pandemic we are going through things are hard, and I feel for these nurses and I give them all a thumbs up on going to work each day through this. So I understand they’re tired and worried. And the mental health side has done wonders for me and my family, we were so broken but it feels as tho we are putting those pieces back together now, with the help of therapists. So honestly thank you to everyone for all that you do! God bless each and everyone of you and your families ❤️

Feeling frustrated and sad right now so I went to this website to make a good review for you guys. I wish I could go back to my former family Doctor in Sylvan Lake Dr. MC Van Schalkwyk, je took care of me when I was going through breast cancer. Since I moved away, I’ve never been with a doctor who is as kind and caring and who follows up on me like Dr. MC does, even the receptionists over there were really nice. Most of the doctors here in the city are a certain culture and I think it has something to do with their culture that reflects how they treat people☹️ If only I could drive down an hour and a half just to see Dr. MC again of Sylvan Lake, he is the one who took care of me during Cancer. This dr. here doesn’t follow up on me, I had to take care of myself if it’s Mammogram time already or whatever? I wanted to leave the Doctor I am seeing here in St. Albert and reading reviews of other clinics near me, but I couldn’t find any good reviews either, a lot of people also complained about how rude the receptionists are. My Doctor also has bad reviews where the complains were the same as how I feel about her and how she treats patients. I don’t know what to do, and I’m glad next month is the end of my 10th year taking Tamoxifen and I wouldn’t have to go see her in a while anymore. And if I’ll ever have little issues here and there I’l just walk-in any clinic. Or if I’m in an emergency, I’l just go to a hospital’s ER. I think a medical clinic should make people feel safe and not scared to talk about their concerns because they feel Doctor or the receptionist is in a rush, is rude and doesn’t care ☹️?????

Very quiet easy going doctors office. Front end staff are great and the doctors are all very friendly.

My friend and I booked an appointment 6 weeks ago,she's having horrible stomach pain and didn't want to go to emergency because she said she wasn't crippled by it...I needed a referral for another colonoscopy as well as finding out why my weight is sky rocketing...26 lbs in 3 months! Yesterday my friend received a confirmation call...great..I didn't receive any call. This morning at 8:24 my friend received a cancellation call from the clinic again I received nothing. I phoned them back and was told there was an emergency and our appointments were both canceled. I asked if they were setting us up with a different Dr. Due to the length of time we had waited and was told nobody was available. I understand emergencies happen yet they cannot tell me they couldn't squeeze at least one of us in. My friend is in need of a Drs advice as well as tests done. I would have waited for another day!! I'm so disappointed..we travel 45 minutes to get to the clinic I would have appreciated abit of notice...REALLY I WOULD HAVE LIKED A PHONE CALL PERIOD! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

Accidentally called doctor office not attached pharmacy. Front desk young woman laughed at me cause I called the wrong number today about two hours ago then hung up the phone. Unprofessional and rude for a patient needing medicine.

My interaction with Dr. Evan Lundall is one of the best interactions with a doctor I have ever had. (not that I have had generally negative experiences with Doctors.) I came in to renew a prescription and he seemed to genuinely care, not just about my physical, but also my emotional, and spiritual health. He encouraged me and inspired me. Thank you Dr. Lundall.
