★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It tasted fine but the delivery man dropped our pizza and I said it was fine but he offered to bring another pizza. I told him it was fine but he insisted and said he would give me a call if there was any problems, it was just a little squished, but he said if he could he was going to. I was under the implication that this pizza would be free considering I said I was fine with the first one but he insisted. I was still charged 18$, the original order was about 30$, he then came back with another pizza which was perfectly fine but he then asked for 20$ which I no longer had considering it was my dads money, I felt bad but there was really nothing I could do and I never really needed another pizza. He then asked me not to order so late which I do feel bad for cause I didn't know wednesdays closed early and after saying that just ran off my doorstep, which honestly made me very uneasy. He seemed like he was having a rough day and I do feel bad but it was frustrating cause I never asked for another pizza and now feel slightly weary for the night ahead.

I order all the time ... each time u get a different kind of presentation of food ... sometimes it come prepared well lots of topping full bowl of lettuce n dressing others u get half the toppings half a bowl of lettuce n half a container or dressing ... if they don't have something they don't call u to see if u want something else they just don't send what u ordered that they didn't have ... but still love their food but the preparing could use a bit of work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I got home from picking up two pizzas, I found there was barely any cheese when I asked for extra. I had already driven home (15 minutes out of town) when I discovered this. I called to see if there was a way they could give me in-store credit or two new pizzas, but they refused, unless I came to pick them up. I was unable to make the drive back into town, so I settled for the pizzas I was given. Slightly disappointed with the quality of customer service.

They don't care and they will let pay more not even introduce you with different promotion and deals, and when request to change the Oder and take advantage of the promotion going they will deny because they can take more money from you!! Scammer they are!! Rude staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual “go to” pizza place, but when the website/app would not work the staff and manager were not very helpful. They would not offer the same prices as the website offered. They told me to “keep trying” and the website was working “fine”. After 8 tries they have lost my sale and my future orders. Why not help your customer when it is your website that is working properly??

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I ever dealt with. We ordered three pizzas and my entire family and I fell sick, with diarrhea and stomach aches. You can smell the stale oil and ingredients the minute you step into the store. We notified the person at the counter and he didn't seem to care, and his manager didn't care either. The staff are very rude and have no respect for their business. I am surprised Pizza Hut is still allowing this store to operate under their name. Pizza Hut needs to monitor their stores and deal with the ones that are way down there. Needless to say, I will never order anything from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and consistent, food is always great. Used to order the chicken strip meal from DQ, not since I've frequented this establishment. For the same price or cheaper I can get 8 pieces of chicken and a ceasar salad, compared to 4 and fries at DQ, and I get a free pizza after every 5th order. Did I mention you get free breadsticks just for signing up for their rewards program too? Loyalty goes a long way, keep up the good work Hut
