Had to contact account inquiring for an invoice, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. So glad I waited over 3 hours to talk to this cranky old rep that kept interrupting her. I really hope the call was recorded and further action will be taken.

Never again will we use Purolator. How does one item show up but not the other when they were picked up the same time same location?? second package is now in Calgary?? why not Red Deer where we are close too?? On the phone for 1 hour waiting to speak to someone this is ridiculous. I would not even give them 1 star

Not impressed with a deliveries from Purolator. Ordered 2 recliner chairs, one arrived on a Friday with damaged box right off truck, then driver proceeded to roll the damaged box 25 feet down our sidewalk. Luckily our chair was not damaged. Called Purolator Monday a.m. as website said 2nd recliner was being held due to packaging problem. Customer service told us that Purolator was waiting for supplier to ok to deliver damaged box and also the supplier never insured the shipment. Funny that first one was delivered in damaged box. We then called supplier who got Purolator online immediately and we conferenced together. Purolator said she would write a note for receiving depot but could not call them direct. We told her to advise them to call us asap as we needed to know if 2nd chair was damaged or not. Suddenly out of nowhere our chair arrived in an undamaged box to our front door with no contact from Purolator. Their right hand does not know what left hand is doing!!!! Will not use again!!!!!very poor customer service and delivery!!!

They want a lot for a little. I am house bound. I asked for one of their envelopes that have the bubble wrap in it. It's perfect for what I was shipping. They flat out refused. I told them again thst I am not able to go out and am paying for it so what was the big deal. One person hung up on me. Great customer service. I was not rude, I gave her absolutely no reason to hang up except she couldn't be bothered. I phoned back and got the same person, I told her again what I needed and she said she'll connect me to someone who could help me. I thought this was an answer to my problem!! She connected me to technical. Thats when I decided they weren't shipping my parcel. I should clear something up. I ask that when they pick up parcel the delivery driver bring the envelope. That's what the hassle was all about. The handicaps always run into barriers. What's the problem with the driver bringing one envelope to a handicapped senior????

4 days and still waiting for a package to come from Calgary to Red Deer, 1 hour away. Tracking says it still has not even been picked up by Purolator after 4 days. I checked with the shipper and they say my package is there waiting for Purolator to pick it up. If the shipper allowed it, I could have driven down to Calgary and picked it up and be back in 2 hours. I scrolled back over these reviews from newest to oldest and they go back 6 years, all the same complaints and the responses from Purolator are just a copy and paste job over and over. Never again will I use Purolator, never again. Purolator you should be ashamed of yourselves, absolutely disgusting level of service.

March 2022: I ordered a plant online from Calgary and the business paid for 1 day shipping to Red Deer so that the plant would be safe and survive the trip. Purolator did not deliver so now there’s a good chance my plant will arrive frozen. Why offer a service if you have zero follow through and no consequences. I didn’t even have the option to drive to the depot and pick it up myself. Get things figured out!

Package was supposed to arrive on Friday but ended up coming on Monday, for whatever reason. Slow start. But on Monday I contacted them when package hadn't arrived by 2:00. Guy on the phone was fantastic. Did everything he could to help me out, including contacting the driver to see what they could do. Driver was there in 20 mins. My emergency certainly isn't their emergency, but they treated it like theirs. Very appreciative to both of them. Thanks so much!!?

The delivery drivers are great. Unfortunately deliveries are often late. I understand have logistics work and know that issue arise, but I get a notification that my delivery is on the way and the truck drives past, then receive a notification that my order couldn't be delivered because of weather or pandemic... That's nonsense. The weather is perfect and the pandemic is over. Why give nonsensical reason and anger customers? Give a good reason. If the package is too heavy for the driver, let us know. Don't just select a random reason.
