Charge an arm and a leg for things crossing the border and the delivery drivers demand a credit card or hold your package hostage. Your better off sending your stuff usps to come to Canada or any other courier. So far all they have done for this shipment in a week is send it 10 hours in the wrong direction.
n	nadine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled in a pickup on Feb 23, no pickup re-scheduled a pickup Feb 24, no pickup Took package to Loomis warehouse Feb 28 Package arrived in Red Deer Mar 3 and was not delivered it was dropped at a pickup location. Nether the shipper or receiver was called to inform that it wasn't delivered. When Loomis tracking was called on Mar 8th shipper was told we do not deliver to Range Road locations. When further conversation was ongoing the Loomis agent hung up on the customer.

Got the address wrong, then when they called to confirm, they wanted the client's buzz code. I didn't know it, suggested that they call the client. "Our delivery drivers don't carry cell phones." In this day and age, who doesn't have a cell phone, never mind delivery drivers? A week later, the package still hasn't been delivered because they never left a delivery notice for the client. The client is livid, and I will never use Loomis again.
K	Kermitt Hezmuth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty sure this company operates as poorly as it does on purpose to save on delivery costs. Zero effort to deliver 'rural' packages withing 10 minutes of the depot. Farcical business hours as well. Staff were friendly and helpful despite the management issues.
