Went all the way downtown only to find out they had taken the package back to Calgary and wouldn't be available for pick up until the next day. Very unorganized. Don't bother trying to call they never answer either. This is now day 3 of trying to pick up my amazon purchase.
P	Porksoda4321 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible place. I was waiting to receive a package in the mail, my delivery notice says it's at pack and post so I go there to pick it up. They looked everywhere for it and told me it's not there and to contact the person who sent it. (I don't know who sent it as it was part of a book exchange) so they called FedEx and told them it's lost in the mail. I call FedEx myself and they tell me someone named Angus Signed for it. I call pack and post again and talk to angus and he tells me to check their warehouse so I go there and they tell me it's an air shipment place, not ground, and that pack and post constantly makes mistakes about it. I call pack and post back and he just flat out tells me it's not there and to contact the person who sent it yet HE IS THE ONE WHO SIGNED FOR IT. So now I don't get my book and the person who sent it is out money. NEVER use this place.

They went above and beyond to get my package to the US the very next day and they even called me after I left to say that they found a more economical way to send the package. They did all the paperwork for me, and when I was able to return later that week, they refunded me the money they had saved. Excellent service!

I hate shipping and having to run out to the couriers themselves; this location definitely makes life a little easier.
