★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never never never use ups. They use canpar in muskokas and it is the worst service to ever deal with. I spent 30$ to courier an envelope that was very important and was suppose to be shipped in 2 days. 10 days later it is still sitting in the warehouse in bracebridge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John and his team have always been incredibly helpful and reasonably priced. We've used them on many occasions for printed cards, labels, and products. They respond very quickly via email, and I've always been impressed with their customer service. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a shipment scheduled to be delivered on Friday. Canceled due to "extream weather" even though it was sunny out. Monday morning stated it was in transit and then canceled due to "extream weather". Some how FedEx was able to deliver from the same location on the exactly the same day and same conditions but UPS can't.
USE FEDEX!!!!

I was notified that the parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 6th then the 10th then the 11th was apparently delivered today the 13th but it was NOT. Where is my package? Why am I being notified its delivered when it is NOT. I have been home waiting for this package all week. Unacceptable service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why they even have a phone number because they never answer it nor do they return messages. If there is an issue with your package and it is stuck in limbo at this location, chances are that it will remain here for a very long time perhaps indefinitely.
Useless Parcel Service, use any other service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a boxholder at this location for a long time now, and I give the Bracebridge UPS Store my very highest recommendation. I receive hundreds of packages (eBay/UPS/FedEx/et cetera) every year, many of them high-value, and I know that I can rely on John & Michael to keep my stuff safe for me. Numerous times these genuinely nice people have stayed on-site after hours to accommodate my late-day pickup schedule. These guys are the best.
The negative reviews I see here are 100% unwarranted because it is clear that in each case the reviewer had an issue with UPS ("the shipping company") and NOT with this particular UPS Store ("the franchise") which is a family-owned & operated small business. If you have a complaint about a late delivery or a problem that originates with UPS ("the shipping company"), please be aware that leaving a negative review for this independently owned & operated store location (a) will absolutely NOT solve your particular issue and (b) WILL amount to careless and undeserved sabotage of a well-run family owned & operated small business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For almost a year we have used Mr. Li's UPS Store in Bracebridge exclusively for all of our shipments globally without fail. The public may not realize that once their item leaves his store, it becomes the responsibility of UPS, and not the UPS Store. And if you have received a text or email asking for money from UPS, it's a scam. Try googling the tracking number before calling the store.
UPS really should have a centralized Customer Service call centre that redirects calls and still helps clients without downloading to the their franchised stores.
I would be willing to bet that any negative review here, has come from someone who has not spent two minutes with either John or Michael.
Genuine professionals. These guys worked through the entire pandemic and faced every random stranger who came in the store and never missed a beat to make sure folks could at least send each other stuff and keep going.
Frontline workers are not just in the ICU.
I do not have anything against the good folks that work at Canada Post, but I will only take 3 months to get to the United Kingdom - once.
Dedicated, courteous, pros that accomplish the mission at the
UPS Store in Bracebridge on Hwy118 across from Starbucks.
