Gentle, compassionate care- all staff are animal lovers through & through, it really shows. Their loyalty program is another great perk. Glad we have this clinic in our hometown.

Dr Hodges was so great with him, got down to his level and gave him treats - by the end of the appt my dog was cuddling up to him and giving him kisses. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and didn’t try to find issues that would cost me more. Their prices are very fair, the staff is kind and gentle, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

UPDATE: They are inflexible about accepting any type of check even if its post dated for the very next day. ( Despite having to get admitted to hospital that night for unknown amount of time, having spent every cent on a new hotwater tank unexpectedly,being totally out of puppy food, payday the next day, offering Visa debit number ( refuse to get into c.c.debit again), the pet insurance already paid half,and being a regular client. I was able to borrow the small amount from my daughter so when the secretary brought out puppy's food she said " well we need to have things paid for before we hand them out." " we don't accept checks" Wow that response just floored me, policy or no policy i didn't deserve that kind of icy, cold disrespect. Makes you feel like just a dollar sign.
J	June Rivers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable and caring veterinary service here. Pet food is also sold at this location as well as dog dental treats and glucosamine for those aging joints. I have found the vets to be very caring, thorough and kind to my cat and dog. The records are well kept. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be a smile or friendly greeting from the front desk on entry. Open Mon-Friday only. They are compassionate and truly care about the health of your pets. They also perform blood tests and send blood away for allergy testing. They will follow up with you on phone or in person, as per your preference. I really appreciate the wonderful animal care offered from Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic!

Not only that but they did everything they could to accommodate us even though it was a tough situation. Highly recommend. I love that I can use their app to ask questions, get rewards and book appointments. ❤️

I found the staff to be incredibly compassionate and accommodating. He was swiftly diagnosed and options were discussed. In an incredibly sad situation, they were very gracious and kind. The staff get top marks from us and a big thankyou.
