Its a total sham. They charge much more than they tell you. They say its airport charge or airline but if they are not handling it from begining themselve what use they have It dossnt matter if you have passed the courtesy of 48 hrs by 2 hrs or 20 hrs. They will still charge you for full day. They claimed its not their responsibility to let the importer know when the flight arrive with cargo but qhwn we show the ok nline tracking that had a later date than what their stamped the paperwork, they start excuses. They just manipulate their own information to take more money. And they even think they are fiving you discount...!

Terrible service! They charged me $500 for storage which I was not informed of when they called me. They cover their miscommunication with excuses and blame the customer. They lied that their agent told me to pick up my package on the 7th when their agent told me to come on the 17th. The manager was extremely RUDE and unhelpful. I definitely would NOT recommend it. Save YOUR MONEY and get better service elsewhere, not this place!

Please avoid this company, they charged me $537 for three days storage and no one contacted me to come pick up . It’s ridiculous

Absolutely horrible company. Will never use. No communication regarding the status of our shipment. They don't answer their phone or email. Charging astronomical storage fees all while holding your shipment hostage until fees are paid. I dealt with Tresa Joseph the office agent who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Stay away from this company!

We had a great experience here. The man who served me as well as Waseer (not sure if the spelling) were so helpful. Especially as our boxes were delayed and i had to keep calling them. The pickup process overall was easy. Yes you have to drive to the other side of the airport to get customs clearance but it's not a big deal. We were able to take our time to load the boxes into our pickup without being rushed. I'm very grateful for the staff for making the process easy and stress free.

The only good thing here is the ladies pleasant service at the desk. THEY ARE AMAZING!! The warehouse is another story. One forklift operator to service all us drivers picking up loads. How can you run a business like this especially a airport cargo terminal. It's a joke. I been here since 1pm... it's now 4pm and I'm still waiting. This is an embarrassment... how are you slower than ACW knowing you have the money to bring in more people... SWISSPORT IS AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY AND ACTING LIKE A FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION. SHAMEEEE! I don't blame the workers nor managers here... This is a higher ups issue too busy cutting warehouse to earn bigger profits to line their own pockets with a big bonuses!

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me begin with fact the front desk girl shows up late, no apology and instead of asking me for my paperwork, she taps her fingernails on the counter. I asked what does that mean and she rudely says for me to give her my paperwork. I get handed my paperwork, head to customs to only find out that my paperwork wasn't stamped and therefore; I needed go back to get them stamp. Let me mention fact the nice customs officer tried to call and see if there was way for me to avoid having go back but guess what? No answer. It's 15min drive from swissport to customs office. To once again return to customs office and than back to swissport to get my shipment. No apology what so ever and the funniest part is being charged a COVID-19 handling fee when nobody handled nothing . I had a guy dump my three boxes off a truck that my boxes were loaded on and once at the door, I was the one alone to carry the three boxes to my car. I literally called the exporting company to tell them in the future to find a new cargo or way to ship my goods because this was so unprofessional and waste of my day.

Worst service. They don't answer phone. They don't notify you. By this they can charge storage fee. They charge extra terminal fee which is not charged by any other airline. Unprofessional. Not recommended. Don't wait for them to call you. track your shipment and show up once its arrived. Collect papers, pay custom and clear it right away.
