★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought swimming goggles there, but they were leaking. When I came back to change them I found out that I lost my receipt(left it on the dashboard and lost it at Chamois). My bad. But they told they remembered me and the date when I purchased goggles, but the owner refused to make a return because I didnt have a receipt. If they remember me, why do they need a receipt as a proof of purchase? Moreover I had this transaction in my online banking to show. The sales associate is a polite, customer-oriented girl. It was owners's decision, who refused to give the money back.

As a poor swimmer I had no idea what she may have liked. It turns out that there is a discount for swim club members so I even got a discount on her gifts. Win win for me.

I phoned and asked if I can exchange it, 30 day return policy and the suit was only 2 weeks past the 30 days and they would not exchange, expensive suits but inferior quality. Going to shop elsewhere. I wish to add to this post, the manager contacted me and my swimsuit has been replaced. This is most appreciated. Thank-you.
