★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm annoyed that I wasn't told that sale items are exchange-only when I specifically asked about the return policy. I didn't even realize that one of the items was on sale when I bought it. When I went to return the item I was told "well, the return policy is posted here" pointing to a sign written in fine print. Very true, it's there. I guess it was my mistake for trusting what the salesperson told me.
