★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some lunch at the store next to this shop. Set up with my family at a table close to this store that said “no smoking and no outside food.” We assumed we were okay to eat food bought at the Coombs centre at this table in this instance as the wording was subjective.
The male owner of this store came up to my family in a huff, slowly inspected our food as we were eating, and tapped the sign. He asked “can you read the sign?” To which I replied “yes.” He then said “what does it say?” He then walked away muttering under his breath.
He was extremely rude and could’ve let us know he didn’t want us there in a much nicer way. He’s alienated my family from shopping there with my two kids (both under five and would be great repeat customers.) We travel through Coombs a lot.
You catch more flies with honey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this store about a week ago & picked up a few sweets. The fudge (we picked up both chocolate & espresso flavours) was really creamy & smooth. Not overly sweet & grainy like some. There were so many types, something for everyone. I would definitely pick this up again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience, the guy running the story belittle my 10 year old child. She commented that she need to give him more change and his answer to a 10 year old girl was "I think you need to learn better math"!!! I was floored called him out on it and he says to me "It was a joke"!!! Absolutely do not take your children to this candy shop ever!!! And to just justify my experience. We were walking out and I was explaining to my three kids, to never take any abuse life that from anyone and TWO mothers stopped and as said "are you talking about the candy shop guy"! Never will I go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in here, this place stunk of body odor. The man behind the counter was very uninviting and strange. There was more old school candy not for sale on the shelf then in the whole store. The entire store has nothing in it besides a couple old pieces of fudge ? gross place
So glad the Dutch candy store down the road is amazing ? cause this place is legit creepy and weird ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minimum selection only feature is fudge and it was nothing special. Cash only so I thought when a fudge bar was $10 it would be easy. but he adds tax ontop so then you get a bunch of change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to go take a look but the place said be back in ten, later on i came back and walked in the guy was sitting in the back doing whatever he was doing i said are you still closed he just looked at me didn’t even answer later on he said if i was closed i’d be on the floor sleeping. This store gives really weird vibes i don’t recommend.
