★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the store a few weeks ago and there was one short lady, who I later found out was the store manager that looked at me and continued to look away and not assist me when I walked in. An associate then came to me and kindly assisted me. In mid conversation the store manager had rudely interrupted the associate and tried to help me instead. The manager then asked the associate, "is it your first day?", but it was clearly not. It was very prominent that the manager showed a lack of care for her associates, was disrespectful, controlling and quite irresponsible. What I wish to see next time I come by is maybe a change from the way in which the manager respects her associates. I say this because the tone in which she was speaking to her associates was very condescending and it truly made me not want to get assistance anymore. She should be able to equally respect her associates and customers as that is what she is paid to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager- Winnie is a super friendly and helpful lady. She’s the best manager I have ever encountered in all shops I shop at. She went above and beyond, offered water during my visit, and even helped bringing items to my car. Excellent customer service!! Thank you again Winnie!
