Both Simmi andJosheen are very helpful and they both go out of their way to assist and give awesome advice. They are friendly and greet you with a smile. I enjoy going to the store even if I just go to say hello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an interesting place specially now with all the sales on. You need to spend time and browse and try out the stuff. I got something really nice and super cheap. The staff are really helpful and very nice indeed. I like the clothes here. I am always amazed by the variety of clothes available. I went to the one at Brentwood Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Saturday I shopped at Suzy and two ladies helped me since I arrived at the store. The associate and the manager were very helpful and asked me all time how was my experience there. The young manager was treating me like a best friend. I tried 6 dresses for a wedding and I bought a nice one which the manager showed me as she knew it could fit me!! Definitely I will shop there more times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I just shopped at this branch and really enjoyed it, the store was stocked with very nice clothing items with good prices and discounts. Also, Simmi, the store manager was very patient and nice, professional and helpful and fully explained everything to us; from the pricing and discounts to matching items and different sizes of clothing. I highly recommend this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit to Suzy shier was amazing. The customer service was excellent especially from Simmi and Maryam. Simmi helped me to select dresses and Maryam also helped me. Although it was late they were so kind and patient. This type of service from youngsters is very rare. Simmi and Maryam should be recognized for their services. I wish them all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. I dont think Suzy shier trains their employees at all. This has been a consistent experience for me in Guilford mall as well as Brentwood mall. The staff is literally rude on your face. I found a used mask in one of their dress' pocket , I informed the staff and she looked at it and gave the weirdest reaction. She let me hold it and then told me to throw in a bin. She did not even offer sanitizer or apologize for someones used mask being in the dress that I was trying on. Ridiculous!
