Customer service was subpar. There are security tags that prevent you from trying some clothes on. The fitting room only allows every other stall to be used sow air times are long.

Came here for H&M home. Selection was somewhat limited to mostly bedsheets, towels, pillow covers, and dishes. Few rugs, candles, vases, trays, plant pots, etc. Will stick to the website but happy I can do H&M home returns here instead of having to ship stuff back.

I love the location and the selection. 3 stars because the manager is rude. I had to make a return, only bought one thing from here, and she made such a fuss over the fact the item didn't match the receipt. Accused me that I "forgot" if I had come again to buy something else-- which I didn't. Even told me to keep my items. Then after I refused because I want my money back, only then she suggested for me to look on the APP to find my receipt which was the solution to all of this. The fact that the manager did not suggest it earlier but rather accused me of "forgetting I shopped here again", is disgusting behavior. Salespeople were very nice however.

Terrible customer service and the manager in duty was SO RUDE, he turned his back on me and went away. Here is what happened: Iโ€™ve bought a pack of socks an hour ago, i checked the size when buying it and it was 8-10, I wear size 9 shoes. Went home, tried one sock and it was too big. I quickly returned for an exchange, the cashier said itโ€™s not possible,Then the manager came in and told me we canโ€™t change due to sanitary issues(which by the way I donโ€™t understand how you can return a clothing in 30 days but not a pack of untouched socks after an hour), i told him the size on the pack is wrong and I havenโ€™t even wear them, just tried one. He said with a really bad attitude: Iโ€™m bot gonna rake them back! And then turned his back and went away! Unbelievable, very disappointing. By the way there is no sign on the receipt saying itโ€™s not returnable.

H&M is here at Brentwood. First time seeing a home section. Nice signage. Ladies, mens, kids sections.

This place is clean and has good staff asking if people need any help. Fitting rooms are already open and they have staff refolding and rehanging clothes. H&M Home is connected with the main H&M. They just have 2 entrance/exit if it gets too crowded. Lots of people buying things. They have clothing, linens, shoes, accessories, bags...etc. Ladies are in the bottom floor, Men and kids on the second floor. Downfall is that everything is too tight and there is not much space for people to be in the same area. So you have to go around someone and not share an isle or an area. It looks similar to Urban Behavior, Urban Planet, and all those massive clothing places in Metro but a bit tighter.

First of all, I am not a loyal customer of H&M. I only made purchase twice or three times in the past 30 years. The very recent purchase, I experienced this: Bought socks on sale, one has a flaw, so I brought it back to exchange for a new one. When I made the purchase no one told me it was final sale. Receipt was not stamped with FINAL either. Then I was told by the store staffs (not just one) that everything on sale is gonna be final sale, no exchange no refund no anything. Was anyone else told the same thing? Is this the policy of all H&M stores? If this the case, H&M you should learn from others, if not I am then suggesting H&M properly train your staffs and keep your reputation good. Bought a jacket at the same time, full price but only one left, the day after I wore it to work and realized one button was broken, so I wore it back to the store for fixation. The cashier said the store canโ€™t fix it, but she can refund, in my mind I thought it was a discount thing, so I said ok, then she asked me to take off the jacket and give it back to her, I got shocked because I wasnโ€™t wearing too much inside?. She finally gave me 25% discount which is ok, but come on, does she really need to ask me to take it off? It was raining and 13 degrees outside and based on this experience I am not considering to buy a new item from the store to keep myself warm.
