★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Walked in the door and said "hello" not one single staff would even turn their head or reply. Absolutely disappointed!!! Will not return. As a customer I didnt even know where to go once I was in the store. What a shame!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pretty ghetto. No really there to help you but I don't think it's a place where you're asked if you need help. A whole bunch of tables and white boards. Majority of the stuff is VERY used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing prices. Got a good used wheelchair for $60! Staff let you brouse through a large wearhouse and take your time but if you do need help, simply ring the bell as requested and they come right over to assist you. Very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a cool place to pick up odds and ends - furniture, tech gear, random equipment from government days past. Staff is very helpful. Open 5 days a week and better selection than city of Calgary!

I didn't find anything I really wanted this time. Quality of furniture didn't seem to be as good as several years ago. Now particle board instead of real wood.
