Customer service was really good, they answered emails and got back to us immediately which was wonderful! We were able to get everything booked and confirmed immediately and they sent an email a week out reminding us and then called the day before to confirm everything. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience with this company.

Better make sure your regular bus driver doesn't have a planned vacation or heaven forbid get sick because they have ZERO back up plan and you'll be waiting for hours for a spare driver to pick your kids up if you even have the luxury of waiting. Please get it together!!! This is pathetic.

This shill of a company can't even schedule their Bus driver vacations with a replacement driver. Long delays, lack of communication, lack of empathy of other peoples schedule. Just all around a joke, Your service is garbage, do better!

I don’t know what their employment requirements are, but they must be top notch to keep getting people who give Southland such a strong and well-earned reputation.
