Only finally started getting service when I mentioned if I had to get a lawyer involved. Do not recommend them to anyone

S	Shane Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My claim became messy and long and a lot of frustration, however in the end when everything was finalized I was pleased of the outcome and all ended well. On a side note, we as insurer's can all become notoriously rude, thankless and even maybe feel that the qualifications of our adjuster is somewhat minimal, (guilty) not realizing that they must be acquainted with our policy and procedures of our personal policy, and carry it through by making good sound judgement on satisfying everyone i.e. claim manager, claims examiner, underwriting department, general agent or local broker, etc. Mighty tough job I'd say to have so many people to please, to get the job right. Good job Kendal Adjusters for having patience with myself during this process and finalizing my claim to a victorious end! Job well done!
G	Garth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do I give no stars? This was a horrible experience. Possibly the worst experience I have had with a company ever. They were very hard to get a hold of from the start and to get updates on the claim. Robert Neville was the adjuster. I had to get the insurance company and broker and even looked into a lawyer to try to collect payment for a routine hail claim. I had vendors threatening liens because they were not paid timely, actually they weren't paid at all. I paid the vendors, and then eventually took on the adjuster and insurance company on my own. It took over 3 months of harassing to finally get a cheque sent out.....but it never came in the mail. So the insurance company sent a second cheque to the adjuster, who claimed that the first cheque had gotten lost. I had a contact pick up the cheque at the adjusters office, as I didn't trust that they could mail things properly. Then the cheque bounced! It had been the first cheque, the one Kendall claimed was "lost". Which I guess it was, in their office!!! The second cheque was delivered by a clerk to my address. Stay away from this company!!!!
C	Carol Greaves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part way through dealing with bad hail damage and broken window frames our adjuster went on vacation and forgot to send in the paperwork to get our claim on the go. When we contacted him he was oh I'm on holiday I thought I'd done it. I'll be back in another week and deal with it then. He was difficult to get a hold of and even our builder said he missed a lot of things on his quote. Thank goodness we had an amazing builder to help us.
