★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer clear!! They were pleasant enough to deal with when we ordered two room-darkening window blinds and paid for installation. But when problems quickly emerged with the blinds, which cost $1,000+ for the pair, they did not fix them. As of writing, it has been two months since I first reported the problem and still no fix. They don't respond to voice mails, are completely unapologetic and do not follow through on commitments. Very disappointed.
